An Endless Question on Medium: Quality or Quantity

A question that seems to have no end on Medium in terms of the quality of the articles vs the quality of the articles but that I enjoy tackling every time.
Surely for each of us who choose to write articles on Medium the answer will be different depending on the strategy that each one of us approaches but I will give my point of view on this question.
