Bitcoin Price Forecast — To reach $68,000 levels, a breakout from $63,500 is required.

Bitcoin and the broader market have had a mostly gloomy morning session.

Bitcoin, BTC to USD, was down 2.39 percent to $61,397.0 at the time of writing.

Bitcoin had a mixed start to the day, rising to an early morning high of $63,067.0 before reversing.

Bitcoin plummeted to a late morning low of $61,277.0, falling below the first major resistance level of $64,252.

Bitcoin returned to $61,900 levels before sliding back, avoiding the first significant support level at $60,862.

The remainder of the majors have had a mixed morning.

Crypto.com Coin was up 7.88%, putting it in first place.

Morning support was also reported for Bitcoin Cash SV (+0.17%) and Polkadot (+0.55%).

The rest of the majors, on the other hand, have had a bearish morning.

Chainlink was down 3.76 percent at the time of writing, leading the way down.

Binance Coin (-2.07%), Cardano’s ADA (-2.21%), Ethereum (-2.06%), Litecoin (-2.64%), and Ripple’s XRP (-1.90%) all suffered losses.

The crypto total market cap surged to a peak of $2,746 billion in the early morning hours before sliding to a low of $2,690 in the late morning. The overall market capitalization was $2,688 billion at the time of writing.
