How you can avoid burnout?

After 3 extremely tiring days at work in which I worked over 12 hours, to which I added another 2–3 hours spent on Medium and only 4–5 hours of sleep I felt it was time to take a break to avoid burnout.

So I decided to write this article for all those who feel in the same situation but continue to do things at the same pace and end up with burnout.

Today even though it’s Thursday I felt the need to take a break so together with my girlfriend I went to the mountains for a few hours.

After 1h and a half of driving we arrived in a dreamy landscape at the top of the mountain.
I spent about 3 hours in nature which helped me a lot to relax and realize how easy it is to get rid of burnout.

To charge myself up and with some adrenaline we went for a ride on the Alpin Coster and zipline.

Then we went for an exceptional burger at the restaurant.

As soon as I got out of the restaurant I realized that my mentality had completely changed, I was no longer tired and that these hours had charged me with incredible energy.

I realized that to get rid of burnout you need to understand as soon as it sets in and the next day whether it’s Tuesday, Thursday or Friday escape into nature.

I hope you find this article extremely useful because there are many people who are very close of burnout but continue until the body gives up.

How can you be a successful person if not healthy?
