The iPhone is the most important factor in Apple’s present success. The game-changing smartphone, which launched in 2007, fueled years of huge growth and established a passionate consumer base eager to acquire Apple products and services.
However, as customers hold on to their phones for longer periods of time between upgrades, iPhone sales have decreased. With its 5G iPhones, however, the business is in the midst of a big update cycle.
