My 30 Day Challenge Plan for October 2023
For the month of October I propose a 30-day plan that will improve my life both physically and mentally. If you are confident I invite you to follow this plan. I will keep you updated every day on the progress.
In order to see the evolution I will keep an excel report in which I will write down everything I have accomplished and what I have not.
First of all I propose to start each morning with a cold water shower. Last month I managed to stick to this plan for a maximum of 15 days.
Secondly I plan to lose weight from 80.6 kg as today to about 77 kg.
It will certainly be quite hard but for this I plan to stop eating after 4 pm.
In addition I plan to give up alcohol and sugar completely these 30 days.
Thirdly I plan to do at least 30 minutes of stepper, treadmill or bike every day or if I will be too tired 30 minutes of meditation. In addition every weekend I want to manage to go somewhere in nature whether it is the sea, the mountains or simply to have a coffee with friends.
Fourthly, every day in October I want to manage to write at least one article on Medium and spend at least 30 minutes promoting it.
Lastly, I want to read at least 10–15 pages of the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon…
