SHIB Coins worth $3 million are transferred to a different wallet address by a mysterious Shiba Inu whale.
An anonymous Shiba Inu whale transferred 99,998,071,352 SHIB coins from Binance to a crypto.com wallet address. The total value of the coins is a whopping $2,904,618 in today’s money.
Within three minutes, the transaction was completed in two halves. The whale first moved 49,999,035,676 SHIB coins worth $1,455,026 from Binance to crypto.com, then transferred another 49,999,035,676 SHIB coins worth $1,449,592 to the same Ethereum wallet address at crypto.com three minutes later.
However, the whale did not sell the Shiba Inu assets, instead transferring them from Binance to a crypto.com ETH wallet. The reason for the move is unknown, however it’s possible that the whale intends to stake the SHIB assets in order to generate passive income. WhaleStats saw the large transfer and alerted the authorities.
Whales began moving their tokens to new and different wallet addresses shortly after Shiba Inu rocketed up +360 percent in the first week of October. However, the precise rationale for transferring money from one wallet to another remains unknown.
