What will I do with the money that I received from Medium for September 2023?

Although I didn’t expect it to come today, I received the money from Medium for the articles written in September.

It was an extremely good month for me and after paying the 30% tax I received the amount of 93.74$.

It’s a pretty good amount, but it came after working about 2 hours every day on Medium.

As I have been telling you since last month this money needs to be put to work so that in the future it will produce even more money.
For this month I will choose a REIT stock because after the FED announcement they were hit the worst.

So I will buy at $93.74 about 1.9 shares of Realty Income.

This is a company that pays monthly dividends of approximately 6% at the current price.
They have now reached 639 consecutive months of paying a dividend making it one of the most sought after stocks in the REIT area.
In addition they are increasing year on year.

For the $93.74 I earned today I will receive approximately $6 in passive income each year.
Target price for this stock is $67 which would mean a 34% appreciation in price.

As always I will tell you this is not an investment suggestion. Everyone does what they want with the money they earn, but I choose to tell you what I do.

My goal is to achieve financial independence within the next 15 years and to do this I try to invest as much as possible in serious companies with growth capacity.
