Dogecoin whales moved over a billion coins in the last 24 hours, yet it wasn’t enough to raise DOGE’s price.
According to reports, Robinhood, a brokerage platform, has 32% of the total Dogecoin supply. Over the last 24 hours, the broker handled millions of dollars in DOGE trades as several whales shifted their coins.
Dogecoin Whales Transfer Over $1 Billion in Coins
According to the most current statistics provided by DogeWhaleAlert, Dogecoin whales have moved more than 1 billion coins in the previous 24 hours. The Twitter account DogeWhaleAlert is dedicated to tracking Dogecoin whale trades.
Over the last 24 hours, the account posted up to 15 transactions totaling one billion DOGE coins. The transaction amounts varied, but they were all greater than four million DOGE coins, as the Twitter handle only announces transactions greater than that amount.
Over the last 24 hours, the whales exchanged a total of $176,757,691 in Dogecoin. The brokerage platform Robinhood is said to have been utilized in the majority of the whale trades during the last 24 hours.
